Delivery time is approximate for orders placed before 9 am Monday - Friday. We are Australian based; all times noted below are Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).

Please allow 48 business hours to process orders and to receive tracking number/Confirmation of order shipment. (During non-sale period).

Please note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please note, Color Swimwear is not responsible for any delays caused by AusPost, especially during high volume seasons. We have provided the best delivery estimations available.

If an Australia Post package is Returned To Sender, please note that you will be issued a store credit however this credit will not include the initial shipping cost. You will be credited the order subtotal, before shipping.

Color Swimwear is not liable for any loss or damage to parcels that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the postal network.

Please ensure there is a safe location for the parcel to be left in the event that no one is home on delivery.
