Please allow up to 48 business hours for us to process your order and issue your tracking number/confirmation of shipment (outside of sale periods).
Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. During peak sale events or holidays, fulfillment may take a little longer, so please allow extra time.
Please note that orders aren’t processed over the weekend, and any express shipping placed after 12:30 PM will be fulfilled on the next business day.

We ship worldwide and delivery times depend on your location and whether you select standard or express shipping.
- Australia: Standard shipping takes 2-6 business days while express arrives in 1-3 business days.
- New Zealand: Standard delivery takes 4-7 business days and express 2-5 business days.
- US & Canada: Standard delivery is 5-9 business days with express available in 3-6 business days.
- UK & Europe: Standard delivery takes around 4-7 business days and express is 3-5 business days.
- Asia & Pacific: Standard delivery can take 4-15 business days with express in 2-10 business days.
- China: Standard delivery is 15-25 business days or 10-18 business days with express shipping.
Once your order has been processed and shipped you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties or customs fees charged by their destination country.

Orders begin processing as soon as they’re placed so we’re usually unable to make changes once submitted. If your order has already shipped and you need to update or correct your address we recommend reaching out directly to the carrier using the tracking link provided.
Please note that changing an address after dispatch may affect delivery timeframes and could incur fees charged by the carrier, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Sometimes carriers mark packages as “Delivered” a little early and they may arrive within the next few business days. If your order hasn’t shown up after 4 business days please reach out to our Customer Service team for assistance.
We recommend checking with neighbours or around your property as parcels are often left in safe locations. Please note that Color Swimwear is not responsible for parcels confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was mis-delivered, we suggest filing a claim with the carrier directly.
