Returns
It is important to us that you're satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. To request an exchange, log in to your customer account by following the link here.
To be eligible for an exchange, all items must be full price, in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with tags and hygiene liners intact, and free of any odors (including perfumes). If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and sent back to you at your expense.
Please note that all sale items are final and not eligible for an exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Please allow up to 3 business days from the receipt of your return at our warehouse for your exchange to be issued. Color Swimwear is not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return process.
