Returns & Exchanges

While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, it’s important to us that you’re happy with your purchase, which is why we offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. To request an exchange, log in to your customer account using the link provided here.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be full price and in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with tags and hygiene liners intact, and free from any odors (including perfumes). If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and sent back to you at your expense.

Please note that all sale items are final and cannot be exchanged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Please allow up to 3 business days from the time your return is received at our warehouse for your exchange to be processed. Color Swimwear is not responsible for lost or damaged items during the return process.
